Oncocytoma

On low magnification this benign tumor consists of tightly packed nest of cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm

The tumor cells have eosinophilic granular cytoplasm filled with mitochondria and a round nuclei with nucleoli. The tumor is positive for ckit (CD117) and mostly negative for CK7
